Uwin Iwin Incentives welcomes new director to its marketing and sales team

Melissa Douman, joins full service incentive house Uwin Iwin – the specialists in performance improvement, incentive travel, conferences and events, online points-based solutions, reward and recognition, prize fulfilment, corporate gifting and marketing fund management – in the position of business director.

Melissa, holds a bachelor degree in law and philosophy and an honours degree in journalism and has spent more than a decade of her career in the media and communications industry as a journalist, PR and communications consultant for a diverse range of clients and publications including Microsoft, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Liberty Corporate, Profmed Medical Scheme, Business Traveller Africa Magazine and Cresta Shopping Centre amongst others.

Over the years, she has displayed a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities, developing relevant and quality brand material across all media, implementing new product concepts, and developing effective communications strategy.

Based in the Johannesburg office, Melissa, who is also a certified life coach, will in her new role, drive the marketing and sales function by working closely with an experienced and innovative team who design and implement incentive strategies geared towards unlocking the full potential of their clients’ workforce, sales force, channel and partners in order to achieve measureable positive outcomes.

Her objective is to deliver on Uwin Iwin’s mission of helping their clients and their people win.
