  • After reward values have been uploaded to your card you can continuously view your balance or statement.

  • If you lost your card, you could report it on online or use our self service telephone number (011) 244 2121.  A new card will be issued to you for a small fee. Just follow the prompts.

How do I activate my card?

All you have to do is to go to the Activation page and provide the details and submit.  Your card will be activated for immediate use.

How do I check my detailed balance?

You can view your detailed balance on the View Balance page.

How can I report a lost or stolen card?

If you have lost your card or it has been stolen, you can either go to the Lost my card page or contact us immediately on  (011) 244 2130.

Will my gift card expire?

Whether you choose to re-use your rewards card or not, the Kudosh rewards card can be reloaded and reused as often as you want as long as the gift card is valid!

The validity period on the Kudosh rewards card is 3 years.

Can I shop online?

The card is not linked to a pin number and does not allow for online transactions. Should you wish to purchase a specific item with your gift card, you can send your request to [email protected] and we will assist you as best we can.

Can I withdraw cash at an ATM?

No. The card is not linked to a pin number and prevents you from withdrawing cash at any ATM or bank teller.

Will I pay any fees when swiping the card?

No. There are no transaction fees associated. You can swipe as many times as you need to until your funds are depleted.
